Rio w/Black top spotted!

Who drives the Rio with Black hardtop and black RPF1's? saw it at Best Buy and parked next to it but it was still there when i came out...employee maybe??

nope, different car from what I see here. Unless he has two or has done some mods in the past 2 months since Squid sold it.
