Default Took golf trip....

Went on a trip the play the Nebraska Trail golf courses near Lincoln with my dad and another father/son duo that we are good friends with over the weekend. I had a blast, and the weather was ideal...which made up for my mediocre golf game. I took some pics, I hope you all enjoy.

Followed a Carrera 4S Vert on the way up. He was driving like the biggest pansy, and it looked like he had a V1 on board. My dad was going 6-7 mph over the limit and was on his ass.

Such a nice view:

The first course we played was called Iron Horse Country Club...lots of awesome views and some serious homes around the course. I can't remember if this is #5 or #6..

There were some sick houses around, but I liked the simple elegance of this one.

This is #9 at Iron Horse, such a great view I took two different pics:

Second pic:

Not sure what hole this was, but it was at Quarry Oaks...the second course of three we played:

Again, I am not sure what hole number this is, but there were four that ran parallel to the Platte River at Quarry Oaks.

This is the view from the tee box on #17 at Quarry Oaks, mid-day. I will have a dusk shot later...

This duck was a blue/gray color combo and was beautiful...he was just chillin' all day in this pond where an underwater pump of some kind was forcing water up.

Back to #17 a second time (we played 36 holes), this is the view from in front of the green back up at the tee box.

A little cove next to #17 green, very scenic.

Two geese and their goslings....the male got all sorts of pissed off if you got too close.

More of the cove, there is a deer on the right...there was another one on the top left but you can't really see it in the photo.

Time for a family swim!!

I love this shot, a view from the cart path above the 17th green on the way to the 18th...

That is all, hope you enjoyed.

Funny you should say that. On #17 at Quarry Oaks, where the geese were pictured with their goslings, my friend Jerred smoked his drive into the front corner of that little lake and the ball landed literally inches from a goose. I was next up, and I (unintentionally) put another ball inside 10 feet of the same goose.

Our accuracy is unparralled.

I was wondering what my home owners insurance would be like with a house right on a golf course. Give me some bullet-proof glass I guess....
