Default Winter in KS

Idk about everyone, but winter here sucks. I am bored and cant take my car out for a ride. I have a few projects going and am looking forward to Mase coming in town to do a tune on the S2k. Im looking forward to 14psi and see how the car holds up. The winter projects include more boost and a hard top for me. Other than that the car will look the same as last year.

Whats everyone else's projects over the winter?

Projects cost money. I still don't have a job.

Happy New Year though!

I am most certainly NOT bored. Work sucks ass for me this time a year, and if holiday stress isn't enough, I have to get ready for an early inventory on the 13th. I am praying for a heavy dose of boredom these days. My S2000 sits there mainly due to lack of time, not weather.

My winter project just started a few days ago, fixing all of the little annoyances on the new Shine top, weatherproofing and fixing rattles and such, but I'm also building a '73 Honda CB350 cafe bike, that project should be done hopefully in the next few weeks, all that's really left is paint. I still have to get the shine top painted, but at least its livable now lol, what top are you going with?

Got a Oem top and painted in Black. I got it back yesterday and installed it. Looks really good. As soon as I get the car running again I will back it out of the garage and get some pics. Very clean and simple. And I wont have any rattles, lmao...

Why did you paint it black? I would have matched it to the body.

I dont like the way the gpws look with white tops. I dont mind the mugen top body color, but it makes the oem top look to short. Its just my taste really. I have painted the roofs black on my last two hondas and this was to follow suit I guess. Believe me, I searched long and hard on pics to make sure its what I wanted. I am very happy with the result. Makes me wan shiny wheels though lol.

I see. I would have gone with the Mugen, or Seibon - something that looks identical to the Mugen. OEM tops are ok, but if I am spending the cash I want the design of the Mugen.

Are you driving it this winter, or do you have a beater???
