I hope you put your extremely critical state of mind to good use besides here on s2ki.
I try my best.

I just responded to a thread in Off-Topic that asked, "How do you like sushi guys?" What the author probably meant was, "How do you like sushi, guys?", which is a very different question!

You'd make a great editor.
I believe that I mentioned above that I'm Stalla's Level III Curriculum Manager.

(That's the kind of title they give editors whose salary is too high to be called "editors".)

No you can't. You'd have to add an 's', add an 'a', and remove a 't' or order to turn sahtt into asshat. I won't comment on your name, which I would probably try to "rearrange" into "dumbass that doesn't know what rearrange means", but that's uncalled for.

I'm taking level 1 this december in Toronto

I have a lot of studying to do still let me tell you, but I just graduated school also. Courses in university such as financial statement analysis, economics, accounting etc are just review sessions really.

magician, i'm not taking the stalla courses unless I don't pass on first attempt but what would you recommend spending the most time studying?

thanks!

There are quite a number of financial planners who decided to learn something about finance by getting their CFA designation.

Further, CFA charterholders who are analysts make extremely good money; there are few financial planners earning what the highest-paid CFA charterholders earn.

Finally, it's introvert. And their.

Take a look at the topic weights:

15% - Ethics
12% - Quantitative Methods
10% - Economics
20% - Financial Statement Analysis
8% - Corporate Finance
5% - Portfolio Management
10% - Equity Analysis (including Securities Markets)
12% - Fixed Income Analysis
5% - Derivatives Analysis
3% - Alternative Investments

That tells you right there:

First, Financial Statement Analysis.

Then, Ethics.

Followed by:
Quant / Fixed Income,
Econ / Equity,
Corporate Finance,
Portfolio Management / Derivatives, then
Alternative Investments.
