Hmm, i see someone needs a course in history foreign culture and diversity 101 English was one of the later languages to exist, Latin one of the firsts existing before the Roman empire. ("Latin" as it is known is where all other european languages are based on) I guess you didnt know this

To make things more complicated for you, there are even different dialects (spelling) of the same language.

Expl: Brasilians speak Portuguese with a different dialect than we do. (Hard to explain this over the comp without being heard) As do Angolians (country in Africa) speaks Portuguese with a different dialect.

French from Canada speak a different dialect than French from France. As do people from Monaco

Spanish speaking countries all have a different dialect than those who are from Spain who speak "proper" Spanish. (and less slured imo)

Albanians speak Italian with a different dialect than a Italian from Italy. Sicilians speak Italian with a slightly different Italian dialect than the Countrymen.

And im sure the same goes for many countries elsewhere in the middle-east asaiu and africa where there are mutiple countries who speak the same language. Last i checked, there are (100's?) more languages that exist in the world. Maybe its just me, but around where i used to live, we were exposed to many different people from different countries and cultures.

Yes we are, and yes we DO.

However, some of us speak more than one language. (which i feel comes in real handy sometimes. I love being bi-language speaking.) This does not mean we need to speak ENGLISH all the time. This is the land of the free last i checked right? Hey, go yell at the ones who dont speak a word of english and refuse to learn it! My family learned it. You may not understand everything they say, but for the most part they speak ok and can get by. Which is more than some people do. I guess they call is "broken-english".

Im sure if you look further down your family-tree, at some point somewhere, someone in your family came over here not speaking a word of english but was given a opportunity

Now go learn another language and maybe you can open your door to a foreighn woman
