well...If you haven't chnaged your spark plugs maybe it's time you need to.also check the throttle cable for slack, you should get about a 1/4 inch play.

If it was on DDP's Mustang Dyno, your figure wouldn't surprise me. It reads low. Makes it more impressive when you tell someone what the car puts down versus how well it performs!

also note that you could have something out of whack. maybe a dirty plug or something.

my CRX dynoed at 217whp on a moosewang dyno... i guess it would have dynoed higher on a dynojet.

go to LDL and do a few passes... they took care of me!

well just like everyone to know that when i took my s2k to shackfindlay last month they said the 01 has a recall on sparkplugs so they just changed it for me free so ya go check it out.

and ya Roll_On_S2K did you run the track in vegas with that time?

am i driving it wrong? i took off 6000 rpm shift at 8800 rpm and got 14.8 @96mph with invidia exhaust/aem cold air intake with rt .10 on my 01s2k all lot of people said i'm one of the few that actually broke into 14's with pretty much stock so.

you have to launch at 7000 rpm in vtec feather out the clutch and lower your tire pressure to 25lbs you should be able to hit a low 14 maybe a 13 if done right h yeah make sure you shift at 9000. wednesday the 25th i'll be running at race wars in my yellow ek full interior show and 560whp turbo but just testing in low boost so probably about 420whp only tonight.

bah Dyno Schmyno #s...They are a tool to show pre and post, but not absolute comparison between cars that dynoed on a diff day diff dyno..every dyno seems to be calibrated differently, and the weather can be a factor as well...and what altitude you're dynoed at..you can go to one dyno here and another dyno right next to it and get pretty big differences. Also, if you dyno on a mustang vs a dynojet, you will absolutely get a higher number on the dynojet, as the mustang is a load based dyno. a car putting down over 300whp on a mustang could easily only get say only 240-260whp. something to think about

I find that the only use for a dyno is pre and post. Get a baseline, get your tuning, then get a post, and take the delta to see how much more you got over your baseline. go back on a different day and its a whole new ballgame..dyno might be calibrated differently, weather might be different, the car gods might be pissing on you...ok maybe not the different weather thing

I hope this helps confusion for anyone that wants to compare car to car on various dynos on various days. I can see a dynojet blown S2k easily going well over 300.
