Hello

At 60 years old I have at last a proper grown up sports car. A brand new Berlina black with black red interior - I'm in love & it takes my breath away.
As belatedly I'm soon to take my first trip to the USA, only ever having travelled within Europe.
Pathetic & unworldly though I may sound, the prospect is making me both excited as a schoolboy and a little overwhelmed. The long flight, such a huge huge strange land, & nobody I know other than fellow travellers and tourist guides.

Come March 2007 my wife Coral & I fly to Vegas for a few days to see the city sights, be where Sinatra once sang & to achieve a lifetime ambition to view the Grand Canyon. Then to Palm Springs for another few days - just 8 in all.

At the risk of seeming to impose myself or being presumptuous it occurs to me that with a common interest in the S2000 I might feel less isolated from the real America if I was able to meet up with a local owner or two for a chat.

We have weekly dinner meets every wednesday nights at 7:30pm.Most of the locations are within 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip.
