Happy New Year!
I'd like to wish a Happy New Year to all my friends on s2ki and their families. May all your wishes come true in 2005.
2005 should be a great year for this site and the s2k community here in LV. We have some great events in the works for this year.
Locally we are looking at some new events...
One of these is a megauirs detail day where a detailing expert from megauirs will come down and teach a class about detailing cars. Tackling subjects as simple as regular maintence all the way to as advanced as swirl removal
Other events include:
Dyno Day with the SRT4 group
S2ki Movie Nights
S2ki Paintball Outings
S2ki Midnight Mayheim Outings where we will hit up MM as a group.
Possibly an Ice skating night in the near future.
More bowling nights!
More group drives (anyone who would like to be our official group drive cordinator PM me)
More dinners at other places besides BWW. Ideally we are going to do BWW every other week as they are very good to us and during big conventions and such. Now we've got more options to hit up. BJs, Islands, Sonic, etc.
One of the other things that is currently in the works is "S2ki LV call me cards". You can leave this on S2000s you see to get the word out. They will be designed specifically for our group. We should have some designs ready by the end of this month to vote on.
On the larger scale as you all know we have the S2ki Headquarters Meet on March 5th.
SACS2KDAYS IV will be June 10th through June 14th. I'm sure Blair will have some great activites and events planned for this year.
If anyone has any other ideas feel free to throw them out in the air. ANY suggestions are always welcome.
