I purchased a hardtop a while back and I knew I needed a way to remove and install it without asking my wife for help. I did my research on the forum and this is what I came up with. I added straps to keep it from swaying. Check it out.

I thought about rigging one up, but didn't have the patience for the trial and error needed, especially with all the cold, so I just bought one.

 

cool! pretty much you don't need an assistant anymore.

 

I built this a few months ago. I think it took about 3 - 4 hours. I did not want to rush it.
