Check out Southern Highlands area. My sister just bought a house on Jones & Blue Diamond which is right outside of Southern Highlands. Check out Ann Road & Jones area. Dustin (Dms2k) lives out there. It used to be the boonies, but is being built up quickly.

Check into houses at Aliante. Its a huge master planned community in North Las Vegas.

There is a bunch of houses in my area up for sale. The zip code I live in is the highest appreciation in the Henderson/ Las Vegas area.
