Yup, I've seen it done. There was a guy on a VW board and they used a ton of info he posted on the vwvortex against him.

I heard the story and I'm 100% positive that it's the dealers fault. I know that I'll never take my car there if I need service in Vegas. Anyone that's done that service before knows how to do it correctly and what the consequences are if done wrong. Good luck man!

 

What quote? I agree with Chris. Though Ive heard nothing about good things about Honda West, this was stupid mistake on their part and its even more stupid to deny their fault. Lost my business for sure. All due to a lying employee.
