Default Motorcycle course.

I'm signed up for the first weekend in January at the Cheyenne campus.

Jan 5,6,7

Class runs from:

5:30p - 9:30p Friday
7:30a - 5:00p Saturday
7:30a - 3:00p Sunday

If you've been looking for an excuse to do it here's a good one. Passing the class gives you the certificate to take to the DMV for the endorsement so no having to take the test at the DMV. Note that you must pay the fee the same day that you register and the classes fill up quick.

Edit: Fee s $100

I'll just let you know that I took this class and you MUST pay attention and get everything down! The final riding exam is harder than the DMV's, and if you don't do very well they WILL fail you, and you are just basically out $100. This happened to my friend. I would say they failed about 40% of the people in the class. There were just 2 sport bikes when we went. Get there early and call dibs on a Ninja(250), if thats what you are into. It is a good class though.

If you don't mind forking out a little more dough. I'd suggest taking the course at Harley Davidson. It's called the Rider's Edge Course. The class if very laid back and east to pass (When I took the class it was like $250 but i think the price might of risen a bit)

I was told that Riders Edge didn't give the cert for the DMV and you'd still have to take the regular test.

They run classes pretty much all year long. I think that you can sign up for any class up until it starts unless it gets full.

Yeah its does. After completing the class you recieve an endorsement card. After finished the class over the weekend I took the card to the DMV and recieved my endoesement on my license.

When I took the class back in June of 2005 we had a 100% pass rate. The class was really easy to pass. The test at the end is everything that we did during the two days of riding. I guess it would mainly depend on the instructors that you get. I was fortunate enough to get two really cool guys. The class is a good experience, but if this is your first time riding, don't expect to come out of the class ready to be next Moto GP Champion.
