tell u the truth....i hope they total it. i just can't drive around town knowing my car is not completely 100%. i've already had thoughts on getting another, perhaps more practical, car.

the 2010 A4s look sick. (EDIT: or rojaboy's titan truck)

but we'll see. my head still hurts like hell

Wow I can't believe this yeah I do hope they total it as well because I understand how you will feel driving a car arround that was in involved in such a heavy accident.

but furthermore I am glad to see you are okay and that you did go to ER. keep records of everything. I hope nothing comes up later in regards to your health and well being.

could i just ask the body shop to total it? or is that considered some type of fraud?

honestly.....what is it, like more than 50% of the value of the car will = total????.......i just dont think that damage is THAT much but there could be frame damage so lets cross our fingers.....
I dont think its "fraud" unless you bribe them and they accept so it cant hurt to ask.........but more than likely that guys insurance is going to send an adjuster and the bodyshop is gonna look at it and they will get together and talk it out and settle on a value.
Just for the sake of fun I wanna guess total damage at 7400.
