As mentioned earlier...
For Driver belt:
Left lap belt, mount behind the seat to the floor using a bolt and a 2.5"x2.5" steel backing plate.
Right lap belt can be mounted to transmission tunnel (best), or to the seat bracket where the factory seat bucket mounts to.
Sub belt (which you should absolutely use), mount to the floor under the seat where the sub belt hole would be. use the 2.5" steel backing plate for this as well.
Shoulder belts should be mounted to the rollbar.
Although this is in my old CRX, harness mounting is the same regardless of vehicle:

For the shoulders. You can see the difference between the Y shoulder harness (passenger side) vs. the dual shoulder harness (driver side... and the ideal design).

How you mounted your shoulder belts is very unsafe!! Shoulder belts harnesses should be no more that 2-4 inches below your shoulders. Puts pressure on your spine and could potentially break your back in a car accident.
