in light of recent events, and some pms, and phone calls ive received, it seems that quite a few members would like to have an s2k gathering, not only for pictures, but the impact of the car in numbers.
im not here to bash on anything, or anyone, just to try and do as i tried before, to put together s2000 oriented gatherings.
with that said, mikey and i usually do alot, and those who go with us enjoy themselves. cause, we love to drive, and we love to eat.

SO... this sunday morning, we will be doing what we usually do, but all you fellow s2k owners are invited.

MT. CHARLESTON LODGE. we cruise up there into the nice cool air, enjoy the scenery, and have breakfast. they have a menu, but also have a buffet. last time it was a blast. we had good food, beautiful view, and laughs by the tons. so if this interests you. add your thoughts here.
we like to go early,, thats why its called breakfast. so we meet at 7:30 and head out around 8. meet up at the chevron on cheyenne and 95. gas up and move out. anyone who has a walkie talkie, bring it. anyone who has a radar detector, bring it.
if you dont have an s2000, im sure there are plenty of folks who have an empty seat. ask them if you can cruise with. talk soon, and hope to have a strong gathering. were gonna take some sweet pics. later dave

I'm in for this sunday breakfast. See you at Chevron. By lunch time it will be scorching hot. At least by the time we eat breakfast and are on the way back we will missw a lot of the heat. Its 20 degrees cooler up at the lodge too. Sunday I need to wake up early so that I can get in the habit of waking up early for Monday work. If I sleep in on Sunday then I tend to stay up later and then it makes it harder to wake up early monday without high octane coffee.

yeah. thats the reason to do it early. many people have stuff to do on sunday, with family and whatnot. so the time to spend with friends, is early. mikey and i usually go WAY early. sometimes we get up at 6, and go to places in death valley. it makes it nice, no tourists to jam the roads. no police awake yet. and its nice and cool.
i need to be back in vegas before noon ryan, for business. so yeah. ill be heading back before noon. later dave
