Default S2k gone

Rear tire blew out @ 60 mph, resulting in bouncing off the right and left barriers. Airbags deployed, I have some bruising and minor scraps but otherwise fine. I think the car is totaled, waiting for the insurance adjuster to take a look and let me know how much I will be getting for it.

I would part out, just don't know if the insurance will let me or not. This was my first major accident. I'll keep you guys posted.

I got a call from the insurance saying that they will sell it back to me at salvage rate. Is that normal? This is the first time I've totaled a car and am not sure how it works.
