does anyone know of a place sides a body shop that just do scratches and paint or is it just body shops lol thanks guys

If the scratch isn't too deep, you could use some Meguiar's Scratch X or Step 1 Paint Cleaner plus elbow grease. The other option I guess is to use touch up paint and wet sand (if you know how to do it).

kill, try buffing it out first. if you're not satisfied with the results get a body shop to spray it.
