I still haven't had "good" sushi in Vegas. I do know what good sushi is suppose to taste like... my father owned a sushi restaurant before.
dave, try sushi roku at ceasars palace, i brought a friend (kinda food critic) there. She loved the sushi so much!

but that's kinda up there in price. i've tried island sushi in eastern and serene. place is small but their sushi is great!

sushi factory gets OWNED by sushi mon here on silverado ranch and maryland. not to be confused with the crapy sushi mon from acrossed town, that this one wont even associate with.
sushi factory, the rolls are lazy, and fall apart. at Mon, they are bomb, and ingredients are supa fresh.
Im supposed to go taste test * i love sushi* supposed to be the best in vegas. we shall see soon. anyone down to go, let me know. Im always home....lol.

p.s thanks karlo, for the recommendation.

Sushi Mon is pretty bomb. I've been to the one on silverado ranch and the one over in summerlin and you're right. Silverado Ranch > summerlin sushi mon hahaha.

I have to agree with you about how sushi factory's rolls are lazily made but I still think their rolls taste better than sushi mons =X

hmmmm. maybe we shall go sometime, and you can show me which ones to order. i always do that, take new people, and then advise them. its fun, and you get to know their taste.
Ian, wow. he likes all the rich baked rolls, frying jason, baked 428 and isnt much for the rest, i HATE the rich italian style rolls. i like the cold rolls the most. and then the fried ones second, baked ones 3rd. and i LOVE salmon and tuna. so bomb. hehe mochi's here i come!

Philadelphia roll, 9-11 roll, Tiger roll all OWN at Sushi Mon. I'm not really big on the baked rolls either.

I Love Sushi has been very good whenever I've been but be prepared to pay for the experience
