Im starting to think about a house. Im 26 and would like to be in a house by the time im 30. The houses I like range from 350-475. Now i have some friends that live there but they live in a gated area. I dont want that. Can anyone recomend an area thats a good neighborhood and also what the ideal down payment would be? Thanks in advance

 

That price range can net you a large 4BR house in a nice place my friend lives, over on St Rose and the I15 area...or further up north, the spring valley has a lot of nice big houses in that price range.

 

the towns are St. Rose and Spring valley? Cool Ill be there mid Jan visiting my fiends, maybe I'll have them take me around and check out the areas.
