In Vegas for the Weekend!
If you are shopping you're going to have a very wide selection of great restaurants if you go to the forum shops at the Ceasers or the Canel shops at the Venetian so keep your eyes open while there.
I'll give you some of my other personal favorites...
Bouchon at The Venetian is great if you like French Food but I they also have one an awesome breakfast menu. Just make sure you call ahead for reservations http://www.bouchonbistro.com/
I haven't been back in a couple of months but The Burger Bar at the Mandalay has some great gourmet burgers (the American Kobe Beef Burger is fantastic)...

Top of the world at the stratosphere, honestly nothing special when it comes to food, it's good but not great but the view really adds to the dining experience. The lunch is fair priced but dinner can be a little pricey. Even if you don't eat there I'd still go up to the top of the tower and soak the view in at night.

Mix at the Mandalay to me is just like the strat, decent food, a great view, but more expensive.
There's tons more but I need to go to bed, it's 4:30 and I'm supposed to be up in 3 hours to go to cars and coffee
Edit: Dave can probably recommend some great steak houses if I remember correctly he mention Delmonicos before but I haven't been but I do remember him saying it wasn't cheap http://www.emerils.com/restaurant/5/...co-Steakhouse/
