Default Well... how was SMMP?

Saw Steve out there for his first time... awesome!

Ty out there testing out his new beast... rode with him and his car has got some balls!

Rode with Karim in his new S... i hate those cars... they drift sooooo perdictably. Although... we did kinda drop two off near old turn 4.

Saw JP out there, first time in a long time... good seeing ya buddy.

But, anyways, post some times?!

It was fun, but that braking issue rattled me enough to call it quits after the second session. I had a look at the caliper and couldn't find any evidence of leaks. JP thought that maybe the grease in the bearings may have gotten hot enough to leak out a little. The brakes did fade badly at the same time too though, so it's time to look at some pad options or an AP racing upgrade.

Otherwise it was awesome.

Ty,

Thanks for taking me out there. I am quite impressed with the powerband on your car.....and how quietly the power comes on.

Bummer about the brakes issue. More likely pads than you boiling that ATE fluid, even in that automatic.

Still a great experience!!

Overall it was a fun 2 days! The config we ran was super long but it was a fun one. I hope everyone who came out and rode along had a good time. I know Hockey got to see my one handed catch technique going into 4R

I didn't see many of Mikes laptimes but I know he pulled at least a 3:17 in his turbo 350z and when he turned the boost up he put 4 car lenthes on a radical in the straight away then he corded one of his race tires.

I know Ray ran like a 3:19 in his mad tyte IS300 on r-comp tires.

I did a 3:23.0 with cobalt brake pads, ate brake fluid, and stock everything else

Rob did a 3:23.5 in his turbo 350z, no idea what tires he was on.

JP did a 3:24 in his miatar.

Steve did a 3:30 in his Mazdaspeed Miatar.

Ty did a 3:32 in his turbo g35 but he only got 2 sessions because of brake problems.
