1 Year Old!

A year goes by so damn fast! Elise is 1 year old tomorrow. Despite my back surgery, its been the best year EVA!

It is a fusion, a new model fusion. In the past they would have used bone (either off my own hip or from a cadaver) and inserted that between the vertebrae in place of the damaged disc. I have some newer style plastic based insert in there. Better than having them snap bone off my hip or sticking parts of a dead guy in me!
