Mark, before it got off the ground you had to cancel. 
Maybe change the poll to "are you interested, date to be determined" and see what happens.
Either that, or we're all just ignoring you for that "new guy" initiation thing.

Since most won't be driving an S in November, in order to have a successful meet with these guys you have to make it clear what will be the purpose of said meet. They may require the following:
1. Beer
2. More Beer
3. Free food or free baked goods
4. Hawt single women
Just kidding. According to Legal Bill, this is how it goes:
Plan a meet, people say they are coming, then they start to cancel, then they show up.
with Bruce. Throw a poll out there. Include choices in said poll as to who is interested in bowling. Also include a choice to eat and drink instead of bowling. Include a smart ass, sarcastic answer as a poll choice, as well, because we expect that here.
If no one selects bowling, some will certainly select eating and drinking, some will leave you wondering by selecting the smart ass answer. BTW, we all eat, and some of us drink. Plan a meet somewhere in the middle of where you live and where I live and you know you'll get four people to attend. You'll likely get a few more people too. After you determine that people are interested, make ANOTHER poll to pick a date.
And you guys think meet planning is so easy.
BTW, if Cindy makes HOME MADE cookies Bass' attendance is guaranteed.
