Hey Jay, ITB is absolutely the last resort for power. It's loud as all hell, expensive, and the most challenging to get it set up right. And the gain is not even all that much.

The best way to get meaningful HP is FI. It won't be that much more than ITB when it's all said and done. If you want to stay NA, there are many better alternatives: E-manage, CAI, final gear, headers, exhaust. Def get the x-brace (cheap) if you haven't dome so already.

Do some searching and reading thru this site you should find some good info. Lets put it this way if it can be done its been done and documented on the site somewheres. There is very little unique left to do to an S nowadays the car has been around almost a decade now. Not discouraging you at all just letting you kow if it can be done to an S it has.
