Hi Folks:

Please check out the S2000 New England Calendar and sign up for events to get seat time. On Monday, you can also sign up for the rest of the BMWCCA autocross events. You will need to join BMW CCA if you are not already a member.

 

Finally today we had another S2000 show up at the autocross besides Francis and I. We really like to see more S2000 represented!! Common people! It's tons of fun. Not dangerous at all!! Try it!

When I met with Dana a few weeks ago he described autocross to me and it sounds like a lot of fun. I would like to get involved, but I'm clueless at this point - I'd like to attend an event with one of you guys to see how it works. When are you going?

My schedule is pretty busy until late August, so I'm not sure I'll be able to make anything before then; but keep me posted.

Matt,
There is a BMW auto-x event at Ft Devens on Aug. 26th (Sunday), however, I will not be able to attend that one. If you want to meet up with Derrick and drive up with him, you are both welcome to meet at my house, if you want, and leave from there, since you both know where I live.

Dana, I believe you tried it once before... right?

I never entered an official auto-x event....I just drove around the cones that were set up on the course after the event had finished....and I didnt wear a helmet, and I was driving Francis' car, and it was raining, but, it was fun
