i realy havent read anything on his how to's but he should just forget all that bullsh*t and stay on the site!!

i thinks hes getting a little to MAD!!

 

I'm sure X's decision to leave the site had little to do with his little squabble over copyright infringement. It was likely a cummulative problem of people giving him sh!t all the time and having no respect.

As a person who writes a lot of "how to" articles, I can say that a lot of people don't understand the time and effort that goes into creating these. Personally, I haven't been doing it as long as X, but I can understand his feelings.

I read that this morning. It's too bad. He has great knowledge of our cars and really helps out all of us.

 

I dont believe it was a copyright issue more than it was the person charging members out of his community for the sig . ( braking the forum rules )

Just like I am not allowed to sell or represent myself for services outside of New England .

Things escalate when someone has to put in there two cents but has nothing to contribute but to instigate .( I have had the same issues with the SoCal guys )

I am sure all the anger was not meant towards DB8 but a built up anger towards twits that think it is funny to provoke . It is no different than say a dog . It could be the nicest dog in the world . Piss it off enough and he will bite .
