Apparently, you can but is this a legal trailer? How the hell do you register it?

This guy built a trailer out of two bikes and an old sofa to tow behind his bike as a joke.. but he actually had to legal register it in the state of MA. He's even got a copy of the MA registration about 1/3 way down the page!

 

ok so he was breaking the law by having occupants in a moving trailer.

 

I thought it was kinda cool but it just looks like an invitation to getting pulled over.
