Yes I used a dremel to shave the opening bigger by about 1/4 of and inch or maybe a little more. After you do it though it leaves that side of the box a little thin and tends to vibrate at certain RPM's. To solve this I bought some weatherstriping at walmart and put it all over the top of the box. Right over the comptech padding. Also best to shave the white part of the hood pin down. Shave down the part that faces, you when its in the hood. So when you put it into the box its doesn't get stuck. If you need pics LMK. If feel like driving up here I'll do it for you. LMK

BTW our driveway is still dirt
because the new driveway hasn't been down yet. Just in case you don't want to drive on the dirt. We do every day but some people don't like to. Not that I blame them I hate it!
