I am thinking of getting a clear bra for my S. Anyone have any experience with a clear bra. Any installer recommendations and what price have you paid?

I never had it done, but a friend that I used to autocross with had his done. It really was excellent and I wished I did it when my car was new. His was made by 3M, but I have no idea who installed it.

 

Protective Solutions and Unique Car Care are great options in the area. These film installations are pricey, but well worth it. I know a friend of mine with a 1M who clear bra'd (XPEL) the entire front of his car @ unique. It was a little under $2K.

 

Wow. That is a lot more than the 3M product used to cost. It must look a lot better.

 

Whoa for 2 K I could have gold leaf applied. I was thinking in the 400-600 range.

When I bought my E550 last year it was about a $500 option at the dealer.
so you have to assume the dealer got his slice as well.
I don't recall the specific type of clear bra it was. I does still look good a year later.
