Leave the cookies recipe alone and stick to the basics. I feel the same way about Thanksgiving dinner. Don't throw ANY new recipes on the menu. Serve the traditional stuff that works!

I like choc chip but only in the first few hours after they come out of the oven when they are still all soft 'n goooey.
