In Florida ( I know it's not any where near your daily commute ) the FHP and some counties (Seminole/Orange--which is the Orlando area) the police use unmarked VW Jettas & full sized Ford F350's.

Just a heads up if you are down here on vacation.

 

Mad Max had the last V-8 Interceptor. I saw it on the movie.

 

I saw two people pulled over by unmarked state police vehicles on my way home. One right off of 195E, the other on 140 S.

One of the "cop" cars was something like a Ford Tauras or Mercury Sable (do they still make those?) tinted windows, the whole bit. You'd have no idea it's a cop car until the lights start flashing at you from INSIDE his/her vehicle and you get pulled over. The other was a similar vehicle.


Keep the speed down, people. They are watching you.

back in the early 90's i used to see a Mazda MX-6 Turbo pulling people over all the time on Rt.9
