Nah Ray, people going to shows want glitz and glamour.

I will continue to mod my car for my enjoyment of the car, but I don't think it will
ever be flashy enough for people voting at those shows.

I know I got 1 vote at Larz Anderson.

 

must be nice to have umpteen $k to just dump in a car that you throw on a trailer and take it to shows to win $5 trophies

 

But Jeff, from the show's perspective, they want as many cars at their shows as they
can get and if they only offer a few trophies, people that don't have strictly show cars
aren't even going to bother coming because they know the same people will win the
few awards over and over and over again.
