Wake up this morning feeling a little sick. I take my Mega Men Sport with extra B vitamin on daily bases and still got sick . I am at work now and it's getting worse little by litte. Man I can't afford to miss a single day of work .

Okay so I took some Vitamin C on the way to work, had tea in the morning. Any magic tricks or remedys to recovering faster?

Need to be 100% by Monday.

Zicam FTMFW!!!! I swear by the stuff- colds gone in 1-2 days. if you're on top of it before the cold sets in you'll never get it.

 

Buy the Zicam or CVS generic of zinc (citrus tablets) Take them every four hours..Nothing makes a cold go away, but I've had good luck with the Zicam lessening the symptoms and duration of a cold.

I had a cold a couple of weeks ago. I was a sneezing, mess. I didn't think the Zicam worked, but the cold barely lasted a week....so I guess it did.

 

I had a cold last week caught it the day of the mohawk, took nothing as i was in hotels on vaca and it was gone on friday. So you can always let mother nature take her course.

 

I'm lucky I rarely get a cold, much less the flu.

Must be all the junk food I eat, scares away the bugs.
