for dinner Kiss is making baked chicken.....

First I used 1/2 cup of Mayo, and 2 tablespoons of the tastefully simple (sweet and sassy mustard) mixed that together and then I rolled the chicken breasts in that, then italian bread crumbs..

Baking at 350 degrees as I type this...

I am also making squash, and rice...YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!!!
This proves Kiss is not Steve. Were this Steve making dinner this recipe would have also included 3 lbs of butter and would have been deep fried and double wrapped in bacon.

Anyway, I met up with Yiannis (sp?) to give him the detailing supplies he bought from my "garage sale." He lives near Blue Ribbon BBQ. So, I stopped and got a 1/2 rack of ribs plate on my way home. Yum!

Easy dinner prep here. I re-heated what Rick made.

Just some shell pasta with a meat sauce tonight.

Kiss, the chicken sounds good, skip the mayo and Erick/elmmx5 will be right over for dinner.

That's funnay cause that's what I had last night. Shells filled with ricotta, sausage and tomato sauce, made from scratch.

Lainey: after its cooked you cant even taste the mayo, I am not a big mayo fan, dont use it at all on my sandwiches... the sweet and sassy mustard is AWESOME..
Doesn't bother me, Kiss. It's Erick/elmmx5 who stays 100 yards away from mayo at ALL times.
