DOING IT ALL IN ONE YEAR!
Well with how tired she is and the morning sickness one would think that SHE was drinking heavily every night and suffering next morning.
Luckily recently drugs have really helped with that but gotta keep her properly fed.
So house is still moving along for sale. BUYING well that's a whole nother game. DOES ANYBODY UPDATE THEIR HOUSE ANY MORE???? I sear all the houses we looked at haven't had anything new put in them besides windows since 1968 or 1975! Basically right around when they were built.
Oh and love the PINK bathrooms. The black and GREEN was a nice combo too.
Picking up a '08 Trail Blazer on Saturday. So we have a baby mobile but no HOUSE to put it.
We have a family home that is empty but is not a place we want to live.
Well MORE to come but holy cow tired and busy!

Jim,
If you've put a lot of your time, effort and money to get your house the way you wanted it, it can be difficult to find someone else who has done the same.
We had ours on the market several years ago. I walked into houses that were listing at 75K or so more than what ours was selling for (and we had a buyer), and could see that just about everyone of them needed a TON of work. We ended up backing out of the sale as we had a contingency. We decided a bigger mortgage, bigger house was just not what was right for us.
In this market, you should find something, keep looking.
Oh and we had a pink bathroom until 2003.
Tell Nicole to hang in there. That morning sickness stuff can be pretty nasty. It does get better.

Thanks Lainey I will let her know.
Thanks George. I might take you up on that for a strong back for an hour or 2 when it's moving time if I can't scrounge up the help. Many hands makes for light work.
I just don't have many guy friends around town unfortunately. They all moved out of the area!
Well we are expanding the search. Everything happens for a reason! Firmly and for ever will believe that.

LOL!!! Connecticut. Thanks for the offer! Though it would be a heck of a drive I think. I will provide beer and food and a bed of course. Women are up to you to find.
Well when I finally find a new place to live I might have a S2000 Move in MEET and have people over to help move me in and make suggestions on how to best hold a S2000 meet there and when.
I will HAVE to do a Tech Day of course to break in the new garage. Sorry it won't have a lift in there JUST YET.
Though I will definitely be trying to outfit it with a central VAC via PVC/Plastic pipe and an air compressor with reel.
