Great charts Giles,
Just an observation. Although the max power and torque of the 04 came sooner and higher, its torque curve dipped significantly right after the VTEC engagement point.
What gives?

If you plot the AFR against RPM and Torque for the 04 you'll see that the peak torque is at a leaner spot (13.6:1) which then quickly returns to back to 13:1. The dip before before VTEC is due to a richer spot, 12:1.

Great photos, and congratulations for what seems to be a very successful start for the Wandering Dyno Man...
Now, can I borrow that cool fan and strap it to the nose of my car to keep my ECTs down?
Best of luck with this, GilbertG.
