Doing my best to meet the demands of the membership.

can we add a name to the poll???
if so, I nominate Glenn
I really only wanted to be CO for NH
If this election means Bill or Cubby would have to
step down, I wouldn't be for that. It's not that the
new person wouldn't do a good job but I think Bill
and Cubby do a great job at being CO's!

When I became CO I told everyone I would only do it for about a year (or less) because I believe the CO job is one that should be passed around so that new ideas are constantly being offered. I'm actually pleased with how the community has grown a bit, and the number of meets has really exploded. That is mostly because of people like you who were willing to offer their home and time to plan and host a meet.

i'm just gonna copy and paste what i posted in the other topic
i'm too lazy to retype haha
i would like to be a CO for CT area if that would work at all i could care less about posting privelages (sp?) and board names, but i would donate the 20 dollars to become a member
it would be nice to have local events that way i don't gotta rack up miles n' spend hours driving back and forth
i'm into the last minute meets and would be able to gather up our local numbers and msg them for these kinds of meets
don't get me wrong though, i enjoy driving distances to meet new faces and our board members
as for the PACO job, i seem to be on most of the time
either way, Ellen will/would make a good CO!
i thought she was a CO or Mod on the forums already

Thanks Mark. I appreciate your comments. It just seems we need someone who is on here almost all the time and reading each and every post. I can't keep up some times, and Jeff is very busy with work and family too.

it's rather small so it would have to be on a nice day. That seems
to work, though, because most of us don't want to drive in the
rain.

I just think because of my location, attendance would be low
given the fact that the concentration of NE folks seems to
be Southern Massachusetts and Connecticut.
I may try my idea of a bowling meet, drive and dinner again,
just have to find an open day.
