Default Exciting evenings

So, what did you do for excitement this evening after you spent your day in the salt mine?

I decided that I could not stand having cold hands any longer (see the heat poll), and decided a bucket of hot water and Pine Sol would remedy my situation. So I went on a search and destroy mission for dust, and dust bunnies.

Living room and hallway woodwork washed, cleaned windows (inside only, I'm not that crazy) put up fresh valances. Furniture polished, exposed surfaces of hardwood floor washed, and I hit the furniture with the vacuum, even picture frames and glass on them cleaned....and you know what? I hardly found any dust...we hardly ever use the living room.

That was a pathetic way to spend an evening.......when will spring arrive?

Lainey, next time you have cold fingers, let me know and I'll PM you my address. I'll even supply the water, Pine Sol, and vacuum!

I took a sick day. Lets just say yesterday's sea bass kicked *my* @ss.

So since I didn't sleep much last night, it was a quality day with the TiVo and ate bland food.

I didn't even drive anything, let alone the S.

Oh yeah, I'm sitting around watching our local city council meeting on cable. It's good for some laughs. Tonight's Public Forum included a citizen petition on licensing cats and setting BIG fines for dogs that bark. Good God, some folks have WAY too much time on their hands.

I'm sipping on Margarita's planning out the grilled cheese driving route. Sarah's in Tennessee for a few days.

Last night I started a fire in the wood stove, restocked my woodpile in the garage, then cracked my neighbor's wireless connection so I can, "upgrade" from DSL to cable internet.
