I carried a 17 pound baby in a car seat "bucket" contraption,plus diaper bag and purse, from the doctor's office, down the stairs to the parking lot, and hiked him into the car seat base in the Jeep.
out of shape is out of shape. I thought I'd be unable to walk on Sunday. BTW Seems like you had a few curves thrown at you on your trip. Bummer.

it's actually an awesome restaurant. spent a bloody fortune but excellent food.
