I could be available Sunday evening. I think we could review this during the Techday. We can stop and talk about it over lunch.

Let's plan for a Kick-Off Meeting on Sunday afternoon/evening.
Location and time will be TBD.
Anyone that can't make it... will get the meeting minutes.

After we finalize the "Event Team", I'll send out a mass email to the team with the agenda.

Thanks guys

I think that's a good point, John, but OK... If the point is for us (the New England crew) to organize it, it would be foolish to try to host it out of our region.....
If I'm not out of the country, I will definitely be there

Western Mass would be more accessible to Del Val/ Mid-Atl than further north

I've been in touch with Mike and Sharon Loving; they are willing to help with advice and ?????....but not take a lead position.

NH probably ahs the better rates for hotels, etc, but Western Mass is more attractive to those from NY metro and mid atlantic as it is less driving.

Any who, I am actually in town on Sunday. Where are you thinking about meeting Glenn?
