ok so it's not real but the guy has created some amazing cad models of what the bike could look like.

Actually , it gives the god ugly front forks a nice flow with the body mounted.

the geek in me wants to know what software he created the model and the renderings with. I am going to be doing some renderings at my new job. (buildings and structures)

The bike is pretty ugly if you ask me.

BB, Zip, I have to say, I think that is very cool. I wonder if Ferrari would ever do that. A Ferrari motorcycle would sell like hotcakes (I think) even if it was priced in the stratosphere.

according to his home page/about he uses and teaches softimage 3d
up until now I was not even aware they existed.
They're part of Avid which is based in Tewksbury.
kind of funny to hear about a local company from a Californian web page about a guy who teaches in Israel.

guess them interweb tubes work

Avid.... I know that company... i think I may have deisgned and installed the computer infrastructure in there place... that was years ago though... ummm....

That image software is awesome though. He did an amazing job. I just think the outer fairing is fugly.

The light rendering is amazing.
Splash in a good background and you'd be hard pressed to tell if it was real or not.
