lot size is 2.18 acers(includes some wetlands), so there is a decent amount of space/separation, no chance on anyone building right behind us. house is 2700sq feet, but that includes the large room(430sq ft) above the garage. To be honest im just happy to have a garage for me and a backyard for the kid/kids and entertaining. A finished walk out basement is in the list of things to do, but that will not be for at least a few years. Probably be doing most that project myself with the help of my father.

Wow very nice size. I would invest in a mosquito killer/catcher this summer. I have a stream that runs through my back woods and the buggers are awful once the sun starts going down. With the wet land close by it would be something to consider.

It's one item on my list to get this spring. :|

May ????? Best of luck with that !!!! Not to piss on youre parade .....but it takes WAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY longer than you think . My new house has been under construction since the 1st week of September and im still not in it yet . However i should be in the next couple of weeks or at least i hope ! Also one other thing to remember is it will ALWAYS cost more than the original price quote . Just ask me how i know ! Best of luck and try not to battle with the bride over the million or so choices you will have to make . Nice house by the way !
