the two year contract part is getting old real fast.
the whole anytime you touch your service they want to restart your contract for two years.
same thing with verizon cell coverage.

I'm not impressed with their DVRs yet - have heard of many issues with remote delays, weired skip feature, etc. I don't like that they require seperate set top boxes for every TV. I currently have Dish network and just one DVR box is all we need for our two TVs.

I have everything else from verizon (FIOS internet, cell phones, local, long distance and international) and wish their TV service was better so I could bundle it all togather and save money and have one less bill to pay.

from their web page it looks like it is the same Motorola DVR.
I have two from comcast and yep they have issues. every once in a while they sort of get confused for awhile.
The box get the remote message and just sort of stores it for a while but doesn't actually DO anything for quite a while.
Meanwhile your banging away trying to figure out why it isn't doing anything, adding more commands on top of each other.
then suddenly....IT"S ALIVE...screens start flipping in and out and menus jumping up and down.
ten minutes later it finally calms down and starts working normally again like nothing ever happened.
thank you moto
