F'n A friday before a holiday weekend

little rain tonight and then an awesome weekend on tap

Let's see.. I caught the plumber for an issue with the water heater BEFORE he goes on OT holiday rates. That's a win in my book

(Unit is less than five years old and pilot keeps going out. )

I'm out of work around 1:00 today for the long weekend. We have that drive on Sunday and the weather looks great!

Gotta get to the grocery store for salad fixings and some munchies, but wanted to avoid the hurricane shoppers.

Took the grandson to the car show. He loves the '59 Chevy because it's Ramon from the movie Cars. He asks me to take the pic then sticks his face in front of the camera....

I have plenty of other pics of him with old cars from the car shows we took him to recently. Remind me, I'll show you on Sunday.

Today is jeans day at work and we are having a pizza party a lunch. We will be closing at 4:00 PM instead of 5:00.

 

Bill, please bring home some left over pizza and truck it to my house.

Rumor has it some Vintage guy thinks I'm buying his pizza on Sunday. He'll be all set.

without a +1 though - too soon to spend 6+ hours in a car with some chick i don't know..

 

No free pizza, but free water heater! Well not quite free. Handling fee and plumber's labor, but better than full price. Happy Friday to me. Hopefully, several years before I have to worry about it again.
