Default Friday night

Well, the board was pretty quiet, so I am sure most did something. Me, I changed a few diapers and watched the Sprout channel all night. Plus, I have to work in the morning, so no late night for me. Maybe someone has a good story about a night out that I can live vicariously through...

We've got nothing!

I wrapped presents.. Rick got the fake tree up and lights on it. The granddaughter and I will decorate it tomorrow.

She'll enjoy it, so that makes it a bit enjoyable. Maybe we'll make cookies tomorrow too.

Hey, Jeff, you're nearby. Want cookies?

need new batteries and nope Zoe has her own room for at least a week and matthew won't see her for at least two weeks - been reading up on how to introduce new cats and they say it takes weeks to months

she's doing fine - a little scared but who wouldn't be

Well that's good - I'd prolong the introductions as long as possible. Does evil kitty know that there is another cat in the house?

I'm sure she'll settle down quickly once she realizes her new protector (you) won't let anything bad happen to her. Oh and I you got her Christmas presents because it just wouldn't be right to have her in your home for Christmas and not get her presents.

From what I heard cats do better with opposite sex cats being introduced into the home.

When we picked up kitty #2, a female, kitty #1, also female was NOT happy.

You know women. One queen per hive.

I'm sure Matthew and Zoe will do fine.

Lainey - you do remember Matthew the whole "don't touch me or I'll rip your face off before you even know what's happening" cat. You know the one that flips you off when you're walking in the door? I don't think he'd greet any cat with open arms - well I'm wrong - I guess his arms would technically be opened while he's wildly clawing at her.

Honestly though - I think he's mellowed a bit since Samantha um.....left. I think he might miss his sister and this will be a good thing for him.
