Going to the Cape this weekend
I'm going with the girlfriend and the S2k to the Cape this weekend for a little getaway. I will be staying in South Yarmouth. Does anyone have any suggestions on a nice drive/places to eat/things to do/etc?
Thanks,
Mike

I like to drive on the 6A twisties, of course, it sucks if there's an old Buick in front of you. (The official vehicle of Cape Cod retirees). We rent in Eastham every year. Some of our favorite restaurants are Old Jailhouse Tavern in Orleans, Van Rensaeller's on Eastham/Wellfleet line and Montano's (good Italian) in North Truro on Rte 6 almost to P-town. Just some ideas. Have a great time!

I think you may find a large percentage of restaurants and inns closed this time of year. My wife and I went to that same area a week before Memorial Day and about 75% of the businesses were closed. Good luck anyhow.

porsche the cape really isn't as seasonal as it once was.. more and more people are living there year round (wish i did) so everything should still be open..
