Default Heating Oil

In my area the heating oil price is 1.549 it has not been that low since January of 2005. I think Ill watch it close and jump in and fill if it goes up any. I still have 1/4 tank before I see the big empty.

Just a heads up on the price for you all.

We're at $1.61. Amazing how much difference in areas not all that far from us.

Can't figure that out.

I think its the company I buy from he keeps his profit rock bottom and Portland is a large oil port in the NE. do you Mass people know where your oil is brought in? Transportation does bring the cost up.

Lainey if your sister up here in Maine uses oil let her know to keep hers eyes glued to the prices they have been dropping like a bomb lately.

so did a lot of other folks, thinking they were saving a lot of $.

BUT, cheer up. There was an article in the paper that the local gas utility has asked to decrease their rates for the next six months, and the decrease was significant.
