I might get another S - we'll see. As far as pics, I might be able to put a few up tonight.

Is the car rebuildable?
Chassis bent ? I'm looking for a track car.

The insurance company is using NADA just like Twiztid said earlier, they also use a computer program, which shows a similar car that was sold in your area and base the value in between NADA and the program, which is called CCC. Don't forget, they must also pay you sales tax on top of the car's value, as they are "purchasing" the vehicle from you. In CT's case its 6%, not sure about MA.

Good luck.

OK it's done. Just got back from the ins adjuster. Totalled.

They rated everything "dealer ready" (top rating) except the tires. The value came in at about $10,500 inc tax. Where I got hit was the mileage deduction when comparing to comparable vehicles. But he let me take my custom fit fiberglass sub, amp (which fits perfectly in the tool area in the rear), and stereo. So I can get some $$ back in selling the sub and amp. And I still have the brand new tonneau cover.

All in all I'm happy.

The damage was MUCH worse than I thought. When I hit the right front, the frame was bent to the left and the front wheel pushed back significantly. The door was also popped back about

Exige - nice.

Let's see, I could sell my integra type-r, take the ins. cash, and I'd still be short!

But that would be cool. heh heh.

As far as the new S, I'm not sure. I think I'll just use my type-r until I decide what to do. No rush fortunately.

Actually I'd forgotten exactly the mileage - it was 115k, so all in all I feel pretty about it.
