Intead of over taxing people for working and making money, tax people who choose to smoke and drink. Doing that is in no way nesecary so people should pay for it.

i really dont mind paying more tax for something that is proven to kill me i choose to smoke but we all know how bad it is and i will eventually die from it BUT you can be sure i'll be sucking on Medicare's teet because i paid for it
