No brick, and I know all about the copper. There's ton of it, I know exactly where it is, and the plumber has been warned to stay the F away from it. I took pretty detailed pics when we first took it back from the shoe company that was there.
Better get that copper out of there fast. The bums around here have been stealing it right out of occupied homes let alone vacant buildings! When they do it, they don't leave an ounce of copper left behind.

We'd take somewhere around 2M for it, no doubt. 28 acres. Excellent highway access. 30,000 s/f were built in 1956, and was retrofitted to match the 70,000 s/f that was added in 1980 or so. The biggest problem in selling it has been the lack of ceiling height. Being a shoe factory, they're around 14', no use for warehousing.
OK, so it's a pricey dump. I let the realtor set the price cause their gonna make a sizeable commission and it's in their self interest to price it right.
